We Were Sterile Before Sterile Was The New Norm!

We are super excited to announce the reopening of our Yorkville flagship studio on Tuesday, August 4th, 2020. While you have been away we’ve been busy deep-cleaning the entire facility and improving our existing safety and cleaning procedures unprecedented and surpassed by the government health and safety rules and regulations.

We are deeply committed to the safety of you and our training staff serving you. This has always been our number one priority and will continue to be. Some things haven’t changed, such as the friendly and always smiling faces of our dedicated team, looking forward to welcoming you back every time. For the things that have changed, we like to go over some of the existing and new measurements we have in place helping us achieve these goals.

• For your convenience, we offer long hours of operation, on weekdays 7 AM – 10 PM, and on weekends from 8 AM – 8 PM.

• We remain appointment-based only, require 12 hours lead time for appointment bookings, conveniently done via our mobile app on the Apple Store, Google Play, and our Website, or by texting us at 877-440-4646. This is necessary to ensure flawless execution of all the safety and cleaning procedures before and after every training.

• Removing street shoes and changing into indoor shoes upon entry to the facility is mandatory.

• Your temperature will be taken via a digital infrared thermometer upon entry.

• Dedicated change-room and shower area to only one client at a time, so we could eliminate the possibility of community spread by cleaning before and after every use.

• Face masks are mandatory for the entire duration of your visit at GoGo Muscle Training, except while training.  Don’t worry if you forget yours, we’ve got you covered.

• Hand sanitizers are placed all around the studio for your convenience.

• GoGo’s staff are dedicated to ensure your safety by utilizing face masks, face shields, and gloves for the entire duration of your visit.

• We LOVE your furry friends, but unfortunately at this time, pets are not allowed inside the facility.

• All training areas and equipment, including but not limited to mats, training room floor, along with possible contact surfaces such as blow dryer handles, faucet handles, shower door, change room, and locker door handles are sterilized with 70% alcohol.

• All general areas are routinely cleaned and disinfected with hospital-grade disinfectants.

• Only 2 bookings are allowed per training slot, to ensure proper execution of social distancing during your visit.

• As per government health and safety regulations, 2 weeks of self-quarantine is mandatory after returning home from any high-risk area, identified by the CDC or the government of Ontario.

• We continue to care for your nutritional intake by providing you with single-serving ready-to-drink protein shakes after every workout.

• We continue to provide you with EMS garment and towel service by using commercial-grade anti-bacteria detergent, always handled by gloves and face masks.

We weren’t kidding when we said we are serious about your safety when you train with us :).
